THE DATES
Part 1: CLEANSING and EMPOWERING — March 21 till April 4 (15 days) takes place in Chiapas

Part 2: THE PILGRIMAGE — April 6 till April 21 (16 days) takes place though the different states

Parts 1 + 2: THE FULL PILGRIMAGE — March 21 till April 21, 2011

THE COSTS
Part 1:         $2,700 USD
Part 2:         $2,900 USD
Part 1 + 2:   $4,700 USD

PAYMENT
Deposit: If you are participating in Part 1 or Part 2 you may secure your place with a $500 deposit and if you are participating in the full Pilgrimage you may secure your place with a $700 deposit. The deposit is non-refundable and may be paid via credit card below, or by bank transfer, or PayPal (contact us with your PayPal email address).
Balance: The balance must be paid by bank transfer and received by March 10, 2011.

SPECIAL EQUIPMENT FOR THE TRIP
For those participating in the full pilgrimage (Parts 1 + 2) you will need to bring the following:
a neoprene suit, submersible head lamp (for the caves), an alpinist hook, good walking boots (total cost around $350 - $400). The rest are things you may already have, such as: a personal tent, sleeping bag, tennis shoes, a good jacket, working clothes, and bathing suit. Once we receive your deposit you will receive a recommended list of what to pack for this journey.

PASSPORTS AND VISAS
Passport Requirements: All visitors must have a valid passport that will be valid for 6 months beyond the length of your visit and a round-trip airline ticket. It is a good idea to take a photocopy of your passport with you in case the original one gets lost.

Proof of Departure: Confirmed round-trip or onward airline ticket.

Visa: For citizens of the US, EU, and Canada a visa is not required; a Tourist Card (FMT form) will be issued free of charge by airlines or upon arrival. For citizens of other countries check with your embassy or with:

* Non-USA citizens: TRAVISA INTERNATIONAL

Cancellation Policy:
  • Although it is unlikely, if the TRIP is cancelled, you will receive a full and complete refund.
  • If YOU need to cancel your participation, you may:
  •     a) Transfer your registration to another person, or...
  •     b) The deposit is non-refundable. Partial refunds may be given prior to 30 days before departure.
  •     c) No refund is given if cancellation is within 30 days of departure.
