If you would like to have meet-ups in your country, city, town or neighborhood, and you are willing to help organize this, please let us know and we will act as an intermediary to help you connect with others in your area. The meet-ups can take place in cafes, homes, parks, or other settings. If you are interested in becoming a facilitator contact us through email at prophets@greatmystery.org. With discretion we will then ask those truly interested in meeting up to contact you, the local organizer. And there you go.

As a Prophets Conference Meet-Up organizer you will be coordinating the meetings. Once we have you listed as a coordinator you will need to:

Respond to everyone who contacts you about a Meet-Up and keep a list of their names, telephones, and email addresses

Arrange a comfortable and convenient location for people to meet

Set a time and date for the first Meet-Up

Inform your contacts about the location, date and time of the meeting

At the meeting, ask everyone to briefly introduce themselves and their interests

Find a volunteer in the group to be the Meet-Up Scribe and take notes, and then email the notes following the meeting to prophets@greatmystery.org.

Suggest, or ask for suggestions for the first topic to discuss

Engage in meaningful conversation

After GreatMystery.org Meet-Ups are off and running, we will put out a regular Meet-Up Newsletter to participants with comments and curiosities passed on from your local groups.
