John Pickering and Katie Hall presented their work at the recent Orbs: Interacting with Other Realms Prophets Conference Palm Springs, California and sent us the following letter. We think you will also enjoy reading about their experiences and the people they met along the way. They will be joining the Orbs: Interacting with Other Realms Prophets Conference in Glastonbury the weekend of 11-13 July.

NOTES FROM THE ROAD WITH JOHN & KATIE

Hi, Robin!

We had a good time at the (Orbs: Interacting with Other Realms Palm Springs) Conference - made some good contacts and friends - met some lovely people - including Akasha & Sean (who is a great guy and a real asset to all your speakers) and Hope and Randy Mead, Klaus, Gundi and Micael ( who had actually got a pic of our cat, Oscar, in his presentation - I gave him a poster of the same pic - what a nice man.) We also had a great reaction from all the other folks attending the conference - and when we got back home we had 81 emails from people who we'd chatted with there - or who had seen our presentation - or bought our book.

We attended the Talking Stick presentations and were especially moved by Sandra Underwoods account. This phenomenon is touching lots of lives.

Many folks are emailing us shots of orbs which they took over us during our presentation. It was good to get so much positive feedback from the folks attending the event.

After the Conference we took off to see a bit of California - and after several adventures, (including many synchronistic encounters - a body in a motel room - and a voice in the night! ) we eventually reached the Pacific Ocean.

Because our finances were very limited - we had no firm plans as to where we were going - or how we were going to manage when we got there. All we knew was that we were meant to be there and that we wanted to see the desert and the Ocean. For us it was a bit like what the Christian's would term "living by Faith" - without any effort on our part everything slid into place and it worked beautifully and joyously - just like it had been scripted!

Without exception, everywhere we went we met folks, by chance (apparently), with whom we had something in common.

People invited us to share their homes - and became our friends. It is amazing what can come out of a chance meeting and on our post Conference trip we had some incredible synchronistic encounters with all kinds of people in all kinds of places - who'd experienced paranormal phenomenon - a couple of whom we were able to help and a couple of whom had (amazingly) already purchased our book - although they knew nothing of the Palm Springs Conference!

During this time it certainly seemed that what had happened in the UK was also working in the US: there was an amazing knock-on effect of orb photography for those who'd read the book - or viewed the website. And those who went out taking photographs with Katie - even people who'd never photographed an orb before - suddenly started to get them.

We both loved the US - and the people - and hope to return there to visit the new friends we have made.
